Service Description
Classes run each Saturday from 11.30am - 12.30. Over the five weeks we will have practiced many of the yoga asanas, with an introduction to breath-work as well as a guided meditation. This class is ideal for those interested in beginning a yoga practice or for those returning to yoga after a break. It is also suitable for those who take part in other sports and may wish to improve their strength and flexibility.
