Reconnect with nature in a peaceful, restorative 2-hour session surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of Loch Lomond.
We’ll begin with breath work, followed with a gentle flow, finishing with a guided mediation, before moving in to the warmth of the sauna and the refreshing embrace of cold water immersion. Together, these practices create a powerful reset for body and mind - reducing stress, boosting energy, and leaving you deeply refreshed.
This is an experience for everyone - whether you’re new to yoga or have never tried sauna and cold water therapy before. It’s the perfect opportunity to try something new, alongside other wonderful humans, in one of the most beautiful settings in the country.
